    • What carrier do you use for shipping?

      All shipments are made through United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is First Class Mail.  We do not guarantee package transit times, as these are completely determined by USPS.    

      What are your shipping costs?

      Domestic shipping is free on orders over $125.  For all other orders, shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.  

      Do you charge sales tax?

      Accordance with online sales guidelines we charge sales tax in compliance with the location of the person purchasing. 

      What is your return policy?

      We accept returns for store credit or exchange on all products. To start the exchange process, Lewes Wear must be notified via phone 302-296-6360 (text or call us). All returned products must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to get returns back to Lewes Wear. All purchases of sale items are final.  See our full return policy for more details.  

      During the Holiday season, the time frame for exchanges is extended to January 9th.

      What are your business hours?

      Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm.  If we miss your phone call, a real human will call you back as soon as possible.

      Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number once your package has shipped.  For International shipments, the customs number will be provided which will track the package until it leaves the United States.
