Lewes Wear will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, and defective clothing merchandise by mail. All returned clothing must have tags on it. The customer must notify Lewes Wear by phone or e-mail of the return or exchange within 15 days of purchase (302-296-6360 or email@example.com). A note with the invoice number and details of the return/exchange with the product you are shipping back must be included in the returned package. The cost of shipping the returned product will be covered by the customer returning the product. The product must received back to Lewes Wear location within 30 days of purchase; if this is not possible, please call 302-296-6360.
Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
